We will lead your wedding party & officiant through the rehearsal and guide the process

Wedding planning team on-site for your entire wedding day timeline

We welcome all vendors, coordinate load-in and set-up of event

Assist in placement of guest book, programs, escort cards, ceremony items, favors & other

Line up the wedding party and coordinate the ceremony

Cues procession for ceremony

Coordinates flow of event with catering manager & DJ or Band

Organizes gifts/Envelopes & arranges for them to be properly handed off to the right contact

Handles handing out all final payments & gratuity payments to vendors

Post wedding-follow up: helps with buttoning up any details/items after wedding
